We noticed Upperton Construction were doing several local jobs and asked Ben to renovate our bathrooms. Living in a house during work can be difficult but Ben and his team made every effort to make it easy. We felt very comfortable with his team, his sub-contractors and methods and we expanded our works to include a refurbishment of the house including full repaints, guttering, new external doors and a new internal staircase. Upperton Construction kindly undertook to take on a small (120 m2), but tricky re-decking project at my bach in Moureeses Bay, Whananaki. Three hours from Auckland, this was a logistically and technically challenging project that Ben and his team carried out exactly as we wanted it. The existing decking, steps, and seating had to be removed and replaced. The finished quality achieved was absolutely top-notch and Upperton Construction were a pleasure to deal with from commencement to completion. No fuss, no bother, professional, and very competitively priced. I have no hesitation in recommending Upperton Construction for not only this type of work, but for new high-end residential projects that I have seen them complete over the past few years.
